These Fiber Optic-based cables exceed the performance of copper and silver cables. This integrated DVI-D cable solution includes the fiber optic and electro-optical components built into the cable and the DVI connectors. The cable can be bus-powered through the DVI connector or via the included power supply which is used when the video source has insufficient power to drive the 5V signal lines within the cable. HDTV Extreme cables require a clearance of 1-1/2" wide conduit. The lengths available are 33-330 feet. These cables are HDCP compliant. HDTV Resolutions Supported: HDTV Extreme Cables support resolutions up to 1080p. Computer Resolutions Supported: HDTV Extreme Cables support resolutions up to 1920x1200. HDMI Extreme Fiber Optic Cables are not designed for permanent in-wall installation. Please use the DVI-1500HD Extender for permanent in-wall installation.
